I read somewhere that the average adult makes around 35,000 decisions a day. Think how stressed out you’d be if you were indecisive about all of those!
I’m a very indecisive person, and sometimes I just have to force myself to make a decision and move on. In most cases, even if it turns out to be the wrong choice, it’s not the end of the world.
In this episode, I dig into this quote: “Be decisive. A wrong decision is generally less disastrous than indecision.” -Bernhard Langer
These days, there are so many options for everything. We are all overwhelmed. But if you treat decision-making like a skill, one that you can constantly practice and get better at, you’re gonna reduce your stress level drastically.
The last thing you want to do is get stuck in the over-analysis paralysis mode!
